Pentecost Sunday
Sunday, 08 June
Pentecost reveals the means (Spirit-enabled boldness) and the model (cross-cultural outreach) for missionary endeavours. The focus of Pentecost Sunday is:
1. The Holy Spirit’s Power for Witness: The Holy Spirit transformed and empowered the disciples to proclaim the Gospel boldly. Pentecost established that the mission of God (Missio Dei) is Spirit-led.
2. The Universality of the Gospel: The multilingual witness at Pentecost foreshadowed the Church’s mission to reach all nations.
3. The Missional Mandate in Action: Pentecost marked the transition from Jesus’ earthly ministry to the disciples’ global mission, empowered by the Spirit.
Please join us in participating in Pentecost Sunday, using the sermon brief and the media supplied by Every Nation global. The toolkit for this can be found here.
For more information, please see the email sent from global.

AGM
Wednesday, 11 June
Our Annual General Meetings are a chance for our church family to come together, remind ourselves of our regional and local mission and values, and ensure we are all on the same page for the coming year.
It is as always a key moment for the growth of a healthy church to have people from all congregations and age groups engage with the vision and direction that the regional church is heading.
Zoom link will be provided closer to the time.
